How Exulux Compute handles information when you visit this website or contact us by email.

Last updated: 2 November 2026

Who is responsible

EXULUX COMPUTE LTD is responsible for the personal information we use to operate this website and handle enquiries. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17529425. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ.

For privacy questions or requests, contact admin@exuluxcompute.com.

When you visit the website

Cloudflare hosts and protects this website. Delivering pages and protecting the service involves technical request information such as your IP address, the page requested, request time and browser or device information. We use this information for website delivery, security and diagnosing faults.

The current website has no accounts, contact forms, payment processing or file uploads. We have not added advertising trackers or marketing analytics scripts. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled. Hosting and security services can still process technical request information.

When you email us

We use your email address, name if supplied, message content, attachments you choose to send and related correspondence to answer your enquiry or expression of interest and discuss a potential evaluation or business relationship. Providing this information is voluntary, but we need a reply address and enough detail to respond.

Cloudflare Email Routing forwards messages sent to our Exulux addresses to an Outlook.com mailbox operated by the company owner. Microsoft provides that mailbox. Replies currently come from the owner's Outlook.com address.

Please start with a non-sensitive summary. Do not send passwords, credentials, customer records, proprietary prompts or other confidential evaluation material in an initial enquiry. We will agree suitable arrangements before requesting evaluation data.

Why we use this information

We rely on our legitimate interests in delivering a secure, functioning website and responding to business enquiries. We limit the information used to what is needed for those purposes and consider the effect on the people concerned.

Where an individual asks us to take necessary steps before entering into a contract with them, we may rely on that basis for the relevant activity. This does not automatically apply to every contact at a prospective business customer.

Service providers and international processing

Cloudflare and Microsoft process information to provide the hosting, security, email-routing and mailbox services described above. They also describe processing for their own service and security purposes in their privacy information. Information may be processed outside the UK, including in the United States.

The providers describe reliance on the UK Extension to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for covered transfers to the United States, and contractual safeguards where applicable to other transfers. Details are available in Cloudflare's privacy policy, its customer data processing addendum and Microsoft's privacy statement. Contact us for more information about the arrangements relevant to your information or a copy of applicable safeguards.

How long information is kept

We review inactive enquiries 12 months after the last substantive contact and delete correspondence we no longer need. Relevant records may be kept longer for an ongoing evaluation or customer relationship, a dispute or an applicable legal record-keeping requirement. We review those records separately. This is a review policy, rather than automatic deletion of every email after 12 months.

Technical records are retained according to the service's retention arrangements and the need to deliver and protect the website, investigate faults or security incidents and meet applicable obligations. The 12-month enquiry review does not set the providers' technical-log or backup retention periods. Provider recovery and backup processes may also mean deletion is not immediate across every copy.

Your rights and concerns

Depending on the circumstances, you can ask to access, correct or erase your personal information, restrict its use, object to processing based on legitimate interests, or receive portable information where that right applies. Contact admin@exuluxcompute.com to make a request or raise a concern.

You can also complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.

Changes to this notice
